    Workout routine while losing bodyfat

    What are most of you guys traing routine when cutting or trying to lose some bodyfat. I am preparing for a future cycle and on a low carb diet with fasted cardio 5 days a week in the mornings and lift in the evenings and my lifts suck...no energy. Any suggestions or comments is greatly appreciated.

    I would suggest you post your diet in the nutrition section it sounds to me that your not getting the right amount of nutrition thats why you have no energy, post up your workout as well

    My routine basically stays the same. The only thing I change is rep range. And not for the reason most people say "more reps gets u more ripped up". I think that's bs.

    I increase rep range simply to confuse the muscle a little and also so when I'm bulking again I can focus on pure strength and growth.

    I agree totally...sometimes when I switch to higher number of reps my muscles respond very significantly.
