300 workout challenge - for women
Since I challenged the men, let me pick on the women equally.
Exercise 1: 90% body weight for 100 reps on the flat bench
Exercise 2: Body weight on the bar for 100 reps on the squat
Exercise 3: Body weight on the bar for 100 reps on the dead lift.
You're racing against time so let's see how you do.
