Prioritize brah,
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Shoulders/Tri
Day 3 - Rest/Calves
Day 4 - Back/Quads
Day 5 - Chest/Hamstrings
Day 6 - Arms/Calves
Day 7 - Rest

If you can recover that quick from your last workout, I would say go for it. Many professional bodybuilders add a second workout during each week if they feel a muscle group is being left behind.

Well I can't say it'll work for everyone and a bunch of my buddies didn't think it would work but I've been training my chest 2x a wk for the past 6 months and I can see a huge improvement since the previous yrs. when I would only hit one bodypart per wk. and my chest was lagging pretty bad compared to bi's,tri's,etc.
