    Okay, this should show why I don't like my current progress pics.
    This is taken cold though. No pump.
    (But it's from video and I see there's some flex in right pec)

    But more water and perhaps more BF, and body hair,
    it doesn't look good.
    So nobody else need be worried bout their progress pics now.

    What you should worry about are how my pics will look like in two months,
    Hehe. (Or so i fucking hope! Lest all the gods forsake me, but I think we're on good terms at the moment though)

    Leaner, maybe.
    But you do look more muscular, so your body fat % might be a little lower as well. I see improvement!

    Yeah I know.
    But the pre pic is shaven and I had some more pump and less water.
    I can't see any progress though.
    Still, that's why my goal was a recomp/cut,
    and I haven't started cutting yet.

    It was just the angle.
    Took this after a shower.
    Couldn't get the legs in on that small mirror,
    and this pic is also cold.
    But it's a better pic than the other one I think.

    Doc I'd work on wide grip bench and elongate your side chest - hair is defo a deterent imo - yiur looking great buddy!

    I will try it on bench. 600@50 jas programs kinda like that. 30 is a lot, my bench sucks so ot needs improvement

    Smolov programs are great especially for PLing - squats bench deads(the big three) I've seen many add 50+ lbs to their squat on this program - it is a lot of squaring or whatever you want to bring up quicker - they have 6/8/10/12 wk programs

    I don't look like a bodybuilder but I'm looking a lot better than last month. I'm walking taller too!
