Fat ass looking to rebuild my life again

Former powerlifter from age of 20-26, as far as gains I made in my youth, pretty much all of it is gone at this point. I'm now nearly 31 and its time for serious change, I have low test as well and first thing I've been doing is eating better and my nutrition is in check now but it is a long road for me and I understand now. Things is I thought of starting first cycle at 25 before my injury and never got around to it since I had a pretty bad back injury at 25 and one of the causes at the time was just too much lifting and deadlifts fucked it up for me. Also I feel fine at this point, but getting the bar over 3.5 plates and the low back starts acting up again so I don't think I'll ever see a 585 dl again

Good attitude. U migth have a good chance. But the first buildingblock. How low is your test? If your test is like a 80 year old, u migth need help from doc.
I would start there and find out possibilities for trt.
Or maybe do a badass powerPCT first. What do u got to loose?

Like sil says, sort your test out, then get going.
If you want it bad enough, you'll get it.It's a mind thing, the rest is a lot easier.

You cant build yourself up if you put yourself down. Most of this is mental, strong mind strong body.

Set goals in increments, do what it takes to reach each milestone, reward yourself when you reach one then bust your butt to the next one.

Agree with the above comment. Step one is blood work. Take a look in the Finding A Doc sticky in the TRT Forum for a list of blood work to get.

    Best of luck!

    Welcome!

As some have mentioned, may be a good idea to get some bloodwork done.

Get over in the nutrition section and start a log that you use everyday. One, it will keep you accountable, and two, plenty of people here to help guide you on your journey.

Do you have a plan of attack?

    Thanks for the responses btw

I've had to take a step back and re-look at my options

Currently and for the past couple of years I've become a workaholic and my job is mostly sitting at a desk and working long hours (sometimes even in the night since clients are overseas) I've lost the motivation and desire to be healthy again for some time but figured at this point I need to make a change and a step in a different direction

I'm getting blood work done soon and I'm going to go from there, so far I have also cleaned up my diet and am back in the gym but not on a daily basis, I thought about just going to a HRT clinic and see what I can get from them, but I'm not the most knowledgeable about running a proper test, pct, hcg , ai cycle..

I thought HCG/PTC where for after running a cycle but after doing extensive research (Lunch break from work) looks like HCG or AI is run during cycle and PTC after a cycle. I'm still learning but looking forward when I'm ready

For now, I'm working on eating right and getting more activity
Mindset is a big one as well, and I'm sure at this point I'm headed full speed ahead to make a change

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html
