Im rather struggling today. Have had flushed red face for a couple of hours and i have the sensation of panic that i jave done something disastrously wrong...
Currently sipping on a can of monster to keep up some of my energetic self facade going on till i can finish work and go home and hide from the world for a few hours.

Your doing great. Keep it together. Your not hiding, your taking some "me" time. Your in charge, the parts of you that are reporting trouble are lying to you, don't listen to them. Reward the parts of you that just want to relax and not the parts that demand your attention.

A nice classic there. I like it. Wish i had it earlier to listen to lol. The weird thing is. That i was in 2 worlds. I knew i shouldnt feel this way. I knew there was nothing drastically wrong but from that point on i was silent and focussed on every single breath in order to try and keep my heart rate down. I wish i tested my bp. I dont doubt it would have been elevated.
Your kind words are appreciated quester as always. Dont know what came over me tonight. Came straight home and sweated through a t shirt. I dont like feeling this way. Something needs to give.

On a serious note though. Shoulders sre definetly been my biggest improvement. Going shit heavy for me when i do them. People look at me in the gym like im fucking nuts.

My testosterone levels are secretly 3000 ng/dl.
Dont tell anyone else though. It wasnt even intentional. Ive acidentally been taking shots of test p and tren ace every other day. Bad men told me i could look better

Good workout tonight. Got some adrenaline pulsing. 44kg dumbells were a piece of piss. 46s next week.
Was rather impromptu tonight. Would have ended up starting a fight asking folk 'how many sets'...
People were nipping in front of me to grab equipment. Raging.
However they were either very beautiful, scary or both lol. So i didnt argue

Thursday is ok in my gym. Friday through Sunday, its like everyone forgot where the gym is at. Monday, all they do is follow the zombie hoard into the gym. On Monday, its kind of like the psych ward. There's people working out but then there's the others.
The Wall Baller: he throws a ball into the wall for a half hour.
The Frogs: two tall skinny dudes (there not Bball players) with beards jump onto a box for a full hour.
The Power Walkers: Yes, they power walk...around the gym but, they sachet-fronte (Rupaul style).
The Olympians: Skinny people who pick up stuff and drop it loudly.
The 1-rep maxers. Yeah, same weight every Monday.
In three years, none of them have ever gone up in weight or changed their physique.
Yesterday, I got into a bit of trouble. There was a guy and a girl working out that, to my eye, were not intimate. Every other word was a curse word and loud. A guy next to me was looking at them to long and the curser asked him what he was looking at. I said, "maybe he, like me, can't figure out what you have to curse about in the company of such a beautiful woman." It didn't get ugly but it distracted me from my workout.
The Wall Baller and the rest just kept freaking out like nothing happened.

Monday is chest day for whatever reason.... and monday through to wednesday is cardio day also apparantly...its the best when theres barely anyone in.. hate going when its busy. Fridays are usually pretty good. Same crowd you see. We have the same guys only instead of the wall baller its the combat rope guys. Swinging that rope up and down to the olympia stage apparantly.
Ooft, you must have been feeling cheeky to say that lol. I have an issue with confrontation. I find myself unable to speak up in such situations.
You definetly done what id have wanted to do lol. Swear swear swear just shows a lack of vocabulary to me. Despite myself being scottish and we use swear words as commas in our language.
Nice that you complimented the lady. Im sure that messed with the guy a little more

DAY 72
Gym was awesome today! Probably the best session ive had yet. Arms are tanked. My metaphorical wang slammed that poosay so to speak...
Pump was unbelievable. I either got some good photos at the end or ive made real progress... ill let you decide.
Had a full day of rage today. It translated well into training for a change. Had a csn of sugar free monster for a preworkout. Was a nice change up.
Also people are noticing im filling my clothes alot more now. Its nice to hear lol.
I am fighting off a lovely lady at work atm. Nice change of pace. Despite my lack of interest.
Shame. Shes pretty fineee.
Happy with where i am atm. I will drop my calories a little next week in preperation for my cut straight after the competition. Cant wait.

Almost caught Ebola at the gym this morning. Watching 2 of the pt's was horrendous. Actually stopped for a couple of minutes during squats to watch this little punk 'watch' 2 women squat. They literaly bent forward, and pointed their knees forward. 2 of them done it then he put the weight up and leaned against the rack and watched them do it again. Then he showed them dumbell lunges. I watched the women bend foward instead of lunge. He did nothing to correct them. What the fuck else is he getting paid for?
Also watched another one show a woman some sort of kettlebell shoulder raise swing thing with a dumbell. She proceeded to swing it to around 3/4 of the way then 'pop' it up to the top of a shoulder press and hold it there.... over and over....
Im not even convinced they are lvl3 personal trainers. They are probably level 2 gym instructors as i am lol

Was looking at the photos i put up last night. My triceps suck ass! Still need some major work. Looks like i have biger biceps than triceps... strange.
Hitting up back tonight hopefully. Had a day of doing sweet fuck all. Was wonderful.

Once you start this lifestyle as you have, you will constantly find more flaws and feel like you need to improve constantly.
I look in my mirror some days and feel like a little sqirrel is looking back at me.
I am hanging out around 220 when one year ago I was 170.
Remembering how far you have come will make you strut again.
Some days its all I can do to look in the mirror after a long day when only 20 girls have checked me out I get the feeling I am inadequate. Then I remember that I only saw 20 women that day and one was a dog.
Then I don't feel so bad.
Thank God there arent very many lesbians around my town, I would be an emotional wreck of inadequacy!

Yeah you're definetly right man. I am noticibly bigger in clothes so people have been commenting. However if i am having a bad day i can look at myself in the mirror and look tiny and fat. Its nuts what your mind can do to you.
Must be where the saying 'feel good look good' comes from.
