Ahh right. Would love to know my exact number of calories.
I wont overdo the cardio but i do now believe it is becoming a necessity to control my fat gain.
I usually have some fast carbs in the morning and post workout also. I dont find that i feel much of a difference but ive read that it aids the muscles.
I didnt know that fibre dampened fast acting carbs... interesting.
As far as the chicken restraunts, mine was very expensive. £20 for 3 wings and a burger. Bet yours isnt that expensive lol. Pollos hermanos looked awesome in the show

Day 46
Pullback week was fun but its time to destroy my body again starting from tomorrow with legs. Cant wait for shoulders the day after... i am quivering with excitment!
Feels nice to incorporate cardio back into my workouts. Got some cutting nostalgia

Woke up with what felt like a bitch of a hangover. Didnt get enough to eat or drink yesterday... my fault.... ill make it up today.
Sat for 7 hours trying to sort my computer. It was a bitch.

Life is just sort of a headache right now. Im trying my best to keep up training and eating but i just feel my life force draining.
I have a passive anger going on 24/7 and its making me pissed off.
Training is sort of meh at the moment and im tryong to eat as much as i can.
My appetite is 0 and i spend most of my days curled up in my room right now. Hopefully i snap out of this soon

Choked so much food down my neck tonight.
HAd 2 chicken and rice meals within an hour and im going to have oats anf peanut butter right after before bed.
Need to keep my calories high
Tomorrow is another day.

Im going to get b12 tabs if that doesnt do anything ill try the injectable. Anyone know how to get it? Is it an online kind of thing? Its easier to buy drugs than it is to find that online

Day 50
Had a nice clear headed day today. My mind is turning toxic. Overthinking everything with a 'why me?' Theme going on. Giving out my address to anyone would like to come slap the piss out of me to straighten up.
Had a good gym session today however i had some problems adding up 20kg plates. Was at it for a while... put 160kg on and i was sure it was 140kg... no matter. Stronger than i was before the pullback.
Chest was bursting out my skin today, it was glorious. During flies managed to push myself the furthest i ever have before... it just felt different. I was screaming internally. Was thinking about a post that marcus put up ages ago about him doing a set of shoulder press with his partner screaming at him to get one more rep. Really got me fired up.

Day 51
Workout was fucking crazy tonight. Genuinly felt like my biceps were going to tear through my skin today. Was like a walking human boner with my pump. In the swing of it today. Getting shit done and getting food down me. Just had half a kilo of pasta post workout. Fighting the vomit back. All in all a nice relaxing day.
Last tricep exercise was just done for reps. My wrists were absolutly knackered. (Had wrist problems since 13/14) couldnt hold the bar in position at a heavy weight.

Eyy lads. Had some conversations with my great grandfather today.
He was explaining a procedure that he undergoes monthly to save his retina and prevent blindness. He has to undergo an injection through to the back of his eyeball so the shit goes to his retina.
Fuuuuck that shit. Any fear of needles anyone has going into your arse or whatever is now put in perspective hopefully lol!

Strange thoughts today.
Was looking at myself in the mirror today and was just thinking how i looked much better last week and how i look like shite today.
I also feel low today. Not going to moan this log is cluttered with me whining about things.
Basically what im trying to say is yhe mind can really play games with our perception.
Im sure if i woke up this morning being super dandy i would be making out with the mirror and thinking to myself what a fucking stud im going to be this evening.

Shoulders tonight. Going to be during peak time so fuck getting on any equipment. Going to need to be a full dumbell workout.
Might try the 36kg dumbells for the first time. See how i feel.

Lifting days it stays in the cupboard till bed time.
