Thanks tarmyg ive never read that post before... why in the hell was i prescribed 800iu of D. What i dont get is, my vitimin d was in range when i was prescribed it.... my testosterone is just barely in the 'range' and they say 'awk youre fine everybody is different'...

Day 25
Another good training session today after a long day of work. Pretty tired today as i am finding it difficult to fall asleep at night. Had an almost debilitating swollen and sore stomach today... not ate anything abnormal so i dont know why its happened... piling in some digestive enzymes before my last meal of the day we will see if that does anything.
TRAINING
Plate loaded chest press
2 warm up
3 working sets 100kg 100kg 80kg. To failure 15 second rest to failure
Flies
Warm up
2 working sets 18kg to failure
High to low pulley
2 sets ( waste of time... to weak to do the weight and i was fannying about too much)
Incline bench smith machine
Warm up
Working set 50kg on bar to failure... (dropped the bar on myself a couplw of times finding the correct weight)
Seated calf raises
Warm up
2 working sets

Day 26
Good workout today felt a strength increase so my sets were a littlw weird... should have upped the weight so i didnt knacker the miscle as much as i wanted to the first set or two... very tired today not getting to sleep very easily atm...
To me i noticibly looked bigger and leaner in the gym so that was a rather nice feeling.

The workout today was absolutely incredible. Mad pumps and painful muscles. Love it. Biceps went awesome, took some advice and changed the routines around a little bit. Really need to work on triceps... i feel i activite my shoulders too much.
However arms were quivering on the way home so that was good

Funny...I am a vegetable eating freak of nature I guess...I love spinach. Especially soaked in malt vinegar.
Sometimes I have to eat a 2nd dinner because I fill up on so many veggies that I can't eat my meat.
And how can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?

Day 29
Good workout today didnt go ultra hard but it was good. Laughed at myself in the queue in the shop today because there was little cupcakes on a deal in basket and i actually thought about it... but i was like nah uh uh.
Felt like having a massive plate of pasta post workout so that was a nice change today.
I need to find something to do with myself. Getting up, eating, training and bed isnt a good way to be living my life right now but ive got no motivation to do anything else right now.

So i had a rather fufilling day today which was a nice change. Working away today so i didnt get a chance to train. I am also very tired and fatigued... lats are killing me from my back workout so thats good.
Got my hands on cialis today so will be doing some experimenting with that lel

I understand what your saying but you wont become dependent on it I'm sure at your age you have no problems in the erection dept so you shouldn't need it anyways I'm thinking you bought it for the pump effect it has used pre-workout right?...if you use it just use like 5 or 10mg to experiment that's the beauty of liquid compounds as you can accurately dose small doses as opposed to splitting a pill imho...keep it in your pants bro...lol

It may well have just been bad luck.
But yeah sure it seems like the ultimate preworkout ill probably give it a try tomorrow. Hope its dosed correctly.

Nothing worthy of mention with the cialis tbh. Was expecting a 4 hour long erection that would have to be surgically removed. However i dont know how much i took. Just kind of swigged some from the eye dropper.
