Hi biz how have you been keeping?
It was around the same time in the morning as the last one however, I did have oats right before leaving as I wasn't aware I was getting my blood test. I don't know how much that has impacted it. But total has dropped from 16 - 9nmol/l and free from 286pmol/l to 226pmol/l
Shgb was around 44 before i believe. I've been reading alot of low t logs and I don't have the low mood/depression that alot of people seem to experience.
I've also seen alot of logs where people are just itching for a reason or justification for starting gear early. I hope I don't come across as that....
I've heard that a local pharmacy chain sells cialis otc if you go in for a sort of interview thing... I might look into doing that...
I believe a private endo would be extremely expensive... I don't have the cash for it... it's not really destroying my life atm if I feel the need to escalate it in the future I will crash my t to the floor so that my doctors can't not send me.... I imagine that if I tried o would be successful in doing this...

I don't don't see food messing with sex hormones assays.
It's good that you aren't suffering from low T moods, it affects ppl differently, maybe your brain hasn't witnessed any higher fT levels, so has nothing to complain about.
Your right ppl seek excuses for everything all of the time.
Cialis... if you feel the need for it it's ok, it's a great drug, the patent will expire this year so prices are going down too.
Have you even looked into it? No idea about prices over there but mine charges £100 per visit.
As I understand the NHS, it's only a matter of levels and ranges, if at any point you fall below you will automatically flagged for low T and referred to an endo. That doesn't mean him/her will be of help though, but in the case, if you need replacement, seek nebido.

I'm shit I managed to gain 10kg of fat, BP went through the roof and will need meds if I can't fix it otherwise, both thyroid and TRT are all messed up.
But hey, I'm sure I can fix it. But I need to come down from Test, the fat gain doesn't help at all with E2 conversion, it was already a problem before.

Oh dear... I hope all is well soon. I don't know how much they help but have you tried the celery juicing protocol thing for the bp? I see that recommended alot. Might be a stroke of luck if it works and it means you don't need to add any drugs to your routine...?
Yeah maybe thats it. Ever since puberty I've kind of felt this way. When I had a girlfriend I used to get her off so she would try to have sex or bother with me haha (cry).
I've actually not looked into it. I read it in a post online last week. Just saw it in passing.
I just feel like I'm still young though. Popping cialis at 18 can't be good... would that not mean I would have to rely on it for life like a dependence of sort?
Hmm I'll ride it out for another year or two with regular blood tests. I don't really want to make a forever decision at this age... even if I was offered it

No the cialis ain't addictive.
It might even help raise T levels, not by any direct means and it's a long stretch though.
But don't be afraid to use it, nothing but good stuff.
Hormones on the other hand, that's usually a one way ticket.
Good your not depressed or nothing.
But low T over time can take its toll.
Just take care to follow it up.
If you got really low T you don't want that in terms of cardiovascular risk over time either. (I'm talking years and years here)
So just take your time and get it sorted as best you can.

Thanks for your thoughts doc. I'll definitely keep an eye on it. Can't really see myself getting a girlfriend with my mindset atm anyway.
Going to order bloodwork in 6-8 weeks with lh, fsh and estridial to see where I'm at...
I know it's been kind of debunked that my father using aas for a long ass time has been kind of debunked for causing this but it seems like too much of a coincidence...
He was also of the generation of 'wtf is pct.
Sort of unfair that he claims *******ly that he is 100% fine

As wise as it may sound waiting might not be the best option, you need androgen exposure now, when your growth window (both brain and physical) it's still open, to achieve your full potential, just my two, take it with a grain of salt, but just care you don't wait too much.

Sure is a tricky one... I will have to have a serious think about this... I don't want to be jabbing my arse for the rest of my days but I'll see. I value your thoughts on trt. I will ride it out till the end of this year definitely with a few blood tests under my belt. If I see no improvement I may take action.
I thought my test levels would have massively increased because I'm having nearly 400g of carbs a day most days... I was 0 carb last blood work

Not much to say about today. Had a very indoors kind of day. Felt quite jittery this morning and just rode it out playing video games today... sort of a write off in that respect. Training went alright tonight pushed as hard as I could bit still wasn't 110%.
Need to get used to training triceps properly. Used the Smith machine for close grip bench press... Felt some shoulders and chest coming into play, I have to work on that one. Also when doing French press with a dumbbell I felt a bit stretch across my right triceps... Hope I wasn't about to pop my muscle because I just continued...
Feel alot better after the gym mentally. Would highly recommend for peace therapy. Really clears your head.

Same issue , father that used AAS , and i had low T , i'm on nebido for 2 years now feeling great.
I'm gonna jump over the edge here , but whatever others say i still think his usage of AAS has something to do with my low T.
Find the right endo and sort it out , it's really changes your life for the better

Oh this is getting interesting... thank you myers again for chiming in. Would you mind me asking what your test levels were roughly pre-trt?
I'm definitely going to try to get it up without trt for the rest of this year. If I can't do it I may seek out nebido if there is nothing drastically wrong with my body like a Tumor or something...
Big decision... I need to think about it. Nothing needs to be decided now but I firmly believe I will need trt to thrive.
Pinning all blame firmly on daddo. There should be more research on this definetly...

I had a wee peek. They sure were lower than mine.
The thing t hats putting me off the most. Is that in most trt threads, vets that are on trt are so against younger guys signing up...
I would want to exaust other possible problems before jumping on the replacement train. My next lot of bloodwork will have lh fsh and e2. This should give me a clearer picture of where I'm at. If lh is on the higher side that would indicate secondary hypogonadism if I'm right

If I were to seek treatment I would ask for nebido off the bat. I would want to fanny about with hcg mono or clomid....
Is Clomid a sustainable long term form of treatment? I would have though lh and fsh would stop being stimulated after a while

Had an excellent training session today. Really put the work in trying to develop my technique. I've really not got a lot going on in my life right now. Trying to full my day with eating and watching info YouTube videos and such. Not too interesting. Gym squared me right up.
