So ive been plagued by this back and leg issue i think its nerve related. I attemped deadlifts today but i packed it in. Absolute scorcher today 28 degrees in scotland. Proper taps aff weather. Get me a cheeky wee tan.
Im liking the way im looking the now. Shoulders especially when im pumped. Ive been dosing the cialis every couple of days. Noticed the impact on erections but not noticef any of its preworkout properties so i guess ill stop taking it the now.
Had a minute silence at the gym today which was rather respectful and im glad they did it apart from that one wank that continued to talk through the silence.

Swear to god i busted my ass last chest session. Balls to the wall at my max. 100kg on the plate loaded chest press. I managed 140kg today...
Im concerned someone is sneak feeding steroids . I must investigate further

Its rather nice to tell the truth.
Never bulked before beside eating as much quorn and beans as possible 3 years ago when i was a vegetarian lol. Was around 225lbs

Thanks to ghetto im typing this up lol. Mysterious nerve pain has dissapeared... strange need to keep an eye on this. Knocked the ball out of the park in the gym today and added 40kg to my previous pb on chest press. IFUCKINGKNOWRIGHT?. but seriously what kind of drug am i on that i dont know of. Thats some first cycle gains there. (To anyone that gets advised to eat rather than cycle... do it)
Despite spanking out chest like a beast, i am continuing feeling like i am being stabbed with a screwdriver in the centre of my shoulder. This is not weight dependent. 50kg chest press. Agony. 140kg. Agony. 18kg flies. Agony.
Strange since i never feel pain training shoulders. ( which is tomorrow).
Like way my muscle is coming along. Shoulders look great during workouts haha. Chasing the pump.
Still hate training legs and triceps... maybe that will change

Pure sweltering the day. Feel all sticky n shit. Very muggy hot weather. Shoulders in an hour. Popped a caffeine to wake maself up a bit. Gonna be a good session. Force feeding myself today... only problem when i do this is i get a disdented stomach with extreme bloated feeling

Thankyou. I am rather enjoying eating. Eating alot of fruit is pretty good. But ive been a little lazy and switched vegetables for fruit rather than having lots of both.
I would have probably done a rediculous cycle by now if i hadnt found this site. So thanks! Lol but yeah natural for a good few years. Avoid the forbidden fruit so to speak

Having some real issues. I am addicted to training shoulders! Honestly though it sounds nuts but i get a pure hard on for going to train them. Look like im getting more blocky shoulders and i love it. Still chasing that pump. Need to get a pumped photo soon.
Training was insane again tonight. Added 10kg to my pb on pressing. Went up a set of dumbells for side lateral raises. Feeling and looking awesome if i do say so myself... mad steroid gainz like
Been extremely bloated because im forcing hunners of food down my neck in short time periods. I am waking up with a bloated stomach its that bad.
Looking to do something to do for the summer. I might grab myself a skateboard tomorrow and give that a shot as a hobby. Been watching some videos lol.
I cant wait to go train in the morning to hit out arms.

May need to cut back on the food. Im now at 192lbs.... sure strength is going up. My arms are now over 16"... but i feel like im getting fat... may just be bloating but im paranoid

On a pullback this week. Going to hit out legs tonight. Got a new set of headphones today. Noise cancelling so that will hopefully save my hearing lol. I listen way too loud to compensate for the noise in the gym.

Day 43
Cutting back the carbs this week but still trying to keep my calories up. Training was good today. 42kg dumbells were a piece of piss. Stopped at 7 reps because my headphones slipped of my ears on the bench and i nearly started laughing. Could have got ten.
Also got smacked with the smell of micky D's chips right before i went into the gym... was nice.
I ordered clomid the other day beacuse i was rather down... need to grow up a bit i think...

Ended up in nandos for the first time tonight. Needed to get out with friends so i dont really regret it. Also forst time breaking diet.

Sitting outside my gym strung out like a seriel killer. Kept saying to myself that i would give the gym a miss.... 200mg caffeine and a handful of yohimbine (love it) and im at the gym.
Getti f back into the cardio routine lads because im a fat fuck. Going to smash 45 minutes. I expect to burn around 750 kcals.

Nice burn Zues...hit that few times a week and you'll trim down the unwanted BF with a quickness.
I personally cannot go without cardio. My metabolism is so sluggish that I need to do it daily to maintain.
I'll blow up inside of a week. Fat goes straight to my lower back!!

Is it possible to do too much cardio as to limit my training progress do you reckon?
I dont actually mind cardio, just zone out and listen to music.
Getting too heavy too fast i think. Put on around 16lbs in 6 weeks...
Im going to try and keep my calories around the 3000 mark

Done my bp the other day. Still a little low i believe. Came out at 100/50 with 62 hr
Worst ive ever recorded was 70/35 112hr first thing in the morning. So as long as i dont hit that again im happy

-Overall muscular development is going to be greater if all calories are devoted to that singular purpose, also fat is likely to grow unless you get the exact right amount of calories.
If you keep a deficit, the fat your body burns will be used for energy and some of it will be used to maintain and grow new muscle.
If you keep a large deficit, it will impair growth too much.
-Nutrient timing is especially useful to your purposes.
My routine: hi protein all the time, low-glycemic carbs at breakfast, low-glycemic carb at lunch (or skip for a post-workout meal), higher-glycemic carbs post-workout (1-2 pieces of sugary fruit like banana, pineapple or combo), 3 hours later .5-1 piece of fruit or equivalent starch, and a fibrous starch 1-2 hours before sleep.
All hi-glycemic meals can me made lower by adding a fiber supplement. But, post-workout, I need the energy into my muscles as fast as possible.
I eat a low-glycemic starch (sweet potato, beans, etc) 2 hours before my workout if I think I'm running low.
