Dropped the 46 dumbell on my oblique earlier. Probably ruptured something. Nothing to worry about.
Went to failure and only managed a half rep at the end and it came crashing down unfortunatly on to my petite body.

Started pullback a few days early. Did arms today and had a painful pump. Cialis on an empty stomach was a mistake. Had a banana yo wash yhe taste away to be fair
550kcal of cardio today in half an hour. Awesome. Really struggled though. Wish cardarine didnt cause cancer....
Aiming for 2500kcal today

Rather enjoyed my cardio today. 550kcal. Was contemplating driving past tge gym but i done it. Quick legs and cardio session and done.
Did have some sort of asphyxiation feeling going on though like i was breathing hot air with a bad over my head... maybe im just into that.... who knows

I felt my heartbeat irregular earlier and i checked my bp. Came out 152/70 78bpm
My usual is somewhere around 100/60ish.
I fucking hate feeling this way. Every sound i hear is amplified into large bangs. Plus i have an engagment party tonight that i have to go to. That ought to turn out well

This shirt used to fit me nicely. Nice seeing the arms being a little tighter. Needed that boost today.
My veitnam flashback subsided before the party so it wasnt all bad. Had to explain to the girl from work tonight that i didnt want a relationship with her. Whoops.

Sounds like you are having anxiety attacks.
I got diagnosed about 20 yrs. ago with anxiety disorder. Some are just uncomfortable uneasy feelings...some had me calling 911 back in the day before I figured out how to manage them.
Pretty scary they can be. Especially if you compound a severe anxiety attack with a panic attack..MMmm those will make you think twice about heaven and hell...ehehehhh...

I was surprised with how much it changed my blood pressure. It was also as rested as i could have took the result too.
Its only this past year ive felt this way. I dont know of anything thats triggering it...
Had a really bad time at work a few weeks ago where my level of functioning dropped dramatically. Far worse than yesterday.
What really can be done to counteract or avoid them?
Its not a fun place to be at all. I know its happening but i cant pull myself out of it.

That sounds horrendous. Ive noticed i feel a bit better after a few hours. Ive noticed intense sweating and a pounding heart before bed but its never carried the same feeling.
Really not enjoying it tbh. I rate it a 3/10. Somethings got to change

You make it sound so easy.
My training was absolutely wasted the other day... instead of focussing on breathing between sets and reps. I am focussing on breathing to keep myself from curling into a ball.
Its not an emotion that i know how to convert to something constructive. Its a somethibg that is toxic and i can barely function with

Haha nah im all natural ive got th3 feeling you think im being serious. Never touched gear before and dont intent to for a few years. Ive heard it has the unwanted side affects of increased sex drive, better wellbeing and increased testosterone .

It was causing too many woman issues. I couldnt move in public without being groped by women. They must have smelled my ferocity. Anywayyu. Since im so opposed to testosterone i got bored of having relentless sex with 12 women a night. I grew weary.
I do appreciate the gift tho. I may save the rest for another time, whenever relentless shagging becomes a necessity for me
