Taking a night off the gym tonihjt to let the ole shoulder recover. Its feeling rather okay atm. Been doing a bit of lifting at work today. Unavoidable but whatever.
Got some good news from the hospital today and i am all clear from an possible issue that was hanging over me.
Hopefully back to it tomorrow with back. Cant wait.
Nearly caused an issue for myself today...
Was going to take cialis for my workout last night. Still experimenting with it on my lab rat like.... anyway, my hospital appointment involved me having my trousers off and my luck and with cialis in me...
Thank fuck there was someone in and i never got a chance go whap out my questionable cialis lol.
Also a pain in the arse to dose i am sort of guessing. I need to find a smaller oral syringe to fit the vial thing. Im using the shite eye dropper thing which is useless. My clomid is the same, which i think i will definetly run after i test my fsh and lh. I am desperate to use it now but i dont eant to skew my bloodwork.
Was thinking of ordering proper needles and just using that to dose research chemicals... thoughts?
And yes i know research chemicals arent great but its obviously easier to get a hold of.

Glad to hear about medical news.
Cialis is extremely expensive just to make your veins stick out. I know it has benefits of nutrient delivery (dialated veins) but how much more effective does it make your workout, 1%, 2%, 5%, ? For that cost you could get a guaranteed 5-10% by other things like a personal trainer or a fancier gym or ...
You can buy needles syringes pretty easily. And, don't inject something that is meant to be taken orally. There are many reasons not to do this. It is extremely unsafe.

I dont really see it doing much tbh im just experimenting with it. It certainly does the job i bought it for ill tell you that so no complaints there!
With the needles i was meaning to squirt it into my mouth still. The neck of the bottle is so small oral syringes wont fit. Was thinking a needle would and just use that. Lol dont worry im not going to jab cialis

Good workout today. Shoulder pain had dissapeared. Cant have been too serious. Thanks to almostgone for the ice pack advice.
Been feeling meh but my workout picked me up today. Had a nice deadliftless back session which i enjoyed.
Thinking about adding b12 for hunger... any opinions?

I think i will ride out the bulk for the 12 weeks and see where i am at. Ive put on a little fat (maybe more than a little) but vascularity with a pump is the same on my arms and shoulders. Ive never ever had visable abs before. Went bonkers when i was cutting to try and get them... they will come but i was too skinny now that i look back to a few months ago. Im not sure when ill next cut. Still a littlw undecided.
I wish i had a side arm shot to compare from before but i dont unfortantly

DAY 58
Okay so heres a long one today. Finally got somewhat pumped pictures which i will attach at the end of the post. Managed to get the changing room to myself before someone came in and caught me taking selfies.
Was a good day today. Had a girl in work begging for me to ask her out on a date. Felt good. Really did. Still never bit, maybe next month on the clomid.... maybe.
Training was insane tonight. Wasnt as strong as last chest session but was still amazing. Chesy was red like a baboons arse after flies. Pump was phenomenal. Felt huuuuuuge (head swelling) really happy with the way i look right now. Also... no shoulder pain during chest!! Whatever that niggle was the other day seems to have fixed my shoulder lol. Awesome!
Im going to have a bash at b12 i think. Perhaps injections as ive read hunger is better on it. Im going to absolutely pile in the calories for the rest of the competition.
Also im having some minor issues with asphixiation during my workout. Genuinly feel like im breathing with a carrier bag over my head during drop sets. I nearly passed the fuck out during chest press. Black spots everywhere. Only thing that held me up is that there was pretty girls in the gym. This may sound strange but the feeling that im pushing my body that hard is satiafying. Hope i dont start getting involved in the homosexual noose torture fetish. But im still young so who knows....

Somewhat out of action today. Despite working for the next 11 or so days in a row...
Shoulder pain came back with a vengence last night whilst i was just sitting.... gonna ice it good when im back drom work. Gonna take some heat cream to work with me. Lucky i cant train today already

Shoulder is still sore. Work is still busy. Life is still meaningless. Test is still low.
Lol had an alright day... had some anger undertones going on all day but isnt bad. Chatting up girls without any further intentions as practice is some fun... no pressure but its still whatever.
Apparantly im getting noticibly bigger in clothing. Nice to hear from people. Eating is going good. No training this weekend. Hopefully i can go arms tomorrow night. I am getting butterflies thinking about it. I absolutely cant wait to go tear some shit up at the gym.

Kept late from work. Still got a pissed off attitude but im gonna chill for a bit and have a meal before the gym... if i go as i am right now during peak hours i will end up starting a fight over who is on the treadmill or something

DAY 61
Missed training last 2 days due to my work hours. Shoulder is holding up pretty okay i can see this be a recurring thing however.... workout tonight was immense. 3 days worth of rage channelled into it. Biceps was awesome. I was able to get that pulsing adrenaline feeling before each set. Triceps was good but i couldnt get that feeling again. I may do triceps first in future and rotate. Got another pumped picture 5 mins after finishing triceps.
Need to keep my temper in my day to day life in check... im not showing it very much if it all but i can feel it inside building up like a pressure in my chest.

Isnt a cut always in the books lol? I dont want to rush a cut to come in a little leaner. I would like to do it nice and slowly. I think a 12 week bulk is a nice amount of time to do it. I am gettinf stronger and stronger each workout. Yet to hit a sticky point. Bf is certainly climbing however i i am going to wait till the comp ends to reduce my calories a little. I am adding in some cardio at the end of my workouts atm.
Lets see how much bigger i can get in the next couple of weeks.

DAY 62
Another long day of work today. Taking the moneys while i can get it. B12 seemd to be working. I feel i can eat more before feeling full. Calories are going in. Muscles are getting big. Love it. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and see where im at. Im thinking i will reduce my calories immidietly after the competition and shed some body fat. I believe this to be the best course of action. Couch reckons i should start now. What does everyone else think?

I do try my best to keep positive. Hasnt been easy but i cant be tbe whiniest on the board lol.
Thankyou for your words i do really appreciate them ghetto. Hope i can show some form of an example of what can be accomplished in a short amount of time with a good diet and training scheme for those at my age wanting to jump the gun into anabolics.

Man im not feeling the gym but im going. Contemplating preworkout but its 8pm... hmm but im exhausted. Been working 10 hour shifts for a week now with no days off.

Gonna hit up the gym for some back tonight. I dony have time to deadlift as the gym will be an hour from closing by the time i get there. Some good rowing and short rest periods are in order. I will load up on caffeine and yohimbine before leaving work so i am not tempted to sit down when i get home.
Managed to sneak eat a meal in work. Pretty pleased with myself. Resorted to eating spoonfuls of mayo lasy night before bed because i never ate enough. Silly me.

Man im struggling with gym focus the now. Got 10hrs sleep last night but still v v tired.

On the first day i thought it made a lot of a difference. But it was probably a bit of i was hungry and or placebo...
Ive bumped up the dose to 6mg. Cant say i overly notice it. Still feel lethargic when eating meals too close together. Or too much at once.
Perhaps i expected too much of a vitimin lol.
In your experience is the hunger increase significant? Also i am taking the dose all at once first thing in the morning, is this the best way to take it?

Yeah probably, it's supposed to be stimulant. To me, it does quite the opposite, it acts kind of a dysphoriant, but it used to do some good, go figure. I never noticed any changes in appetite myself.
Getting lethargic after meals was one predominant symptom of low T for me. It made me eat less and less in order to stay active.
