Well, I don't hate women... I just don't want to date or **** them. When we go out places we both laugh when we see women flirt with either of us. We make a point to show we're together which leaves them shocked and makes us laugh. But I would rather be objectified by women than have a man grab me like that. If one tried I'd punch him dead in his face, straight up. We were buying DVDs this weekend and the cashier was a skinny flamer. He looked at Rolan's chest and said Wow, it's so big. Any suggestions how I can take 4-6 weeks off from work without getting fired? I want to go to Madrid so we can spend and extended amount of time together. My job has offices in Madrid. But transferring there is a bit permanent and it's too early for us to do that.

You could take Maternity leave? or maybe fake a hernia and take off.

Mostly it is going to be up to your employer if they are cool with you being gone and hold you job.. 6 weeks is a long time.. they may learn they can live without you if you don't get something 100% that you can come back.

What type of IT work?

I work in IT also and work from home one day a week. I only go in if a router/switch goes down or if a server takes a dump. I just VPN in and do what I would normally do in the office.
