i grab the 100% whey by gnc when its cheaper, the on is def a step up or two in quality though. i believe they are made by the same factory though,taste is comparable

i dont think ive ever had that kind of protein. i usually eat pro rated, which is dirt cheap at costco. it tastes great too

the fat is good for building muscle, but very bad for your heart. imo, the best source of high quality fat is either penut butter, or olive oil

Gonna run test e at 500mg for 12 weeks with clen /t3, then going to up to 1000mg, drop the clen/t3, add deca at 600mg for 10 weeks, then i'll decide what to run before comp time.

anator is 20gm pro/50 gm carbs. a smaller version of what everyone else here does anyway. the only other stuff in it is a lil creatine and some esterfied amino's. its complete bs, when the mt rep called and asked if i had any questions i grilled him. he couldnt answer to what the amino's did for gene regulation, put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. i hate them dammit

all the money they spend on advertising is probably the reason why they charge so much for their products. i dont have much faith in legal supps though (excluding creatine) imo, all you really need is whey protein and oatmeal
