    spencer, doesnt matter, imo. just try and stay consistent. if it is at 8pm on the first day try and keep it at 8pm every other time.

    you do grow most when you sleep but it takes a while for it to get in ya, so i usually do it before ar after th gym cause if i do site injections i can strech it a bit.
