I have no problem with motivation, i know how to diet and i am beyond ****ing dedicated at the gym..but damnit..i need to be pushed..i can push myself but i need that extra hardcore push to the max...particularly on chest days..my chest resembles that of a 4 year old..i am gonna go shoot myself now..thanks.
