    my next cycle is gonna be 1000 mgs a week of test e, and probably 80 mgs dbol ed for the first 5 weeks, then for the last 5 weeks, il run 60-80 mgs tbol ed, along with the same dose of winni.

    thats gonna be cool

    oh man, diet, training and PCT are down to a "T". i was hoping for at least 15lbs. but i'm going all out boys, diet and rest a whole hell of a lot.

    i dont want to set a goal for size gains, because goals are limits to me. if i said 15lbs and i got there i would slow up...no way.

    thats cool bro. i think youd be better suited to do the twice a week split if you've been doing the once a week routine for awhile. its always good to change it up ya know?
