    ive read it over and over again, still kinda scary. alot of ppl say its a bad idea, cant get all the E out of it

    Seriously, I saw a guy perform his own gyno surgery. It was detailed in pics, on a website. Wish I could remember where.

    Depends. My mid morning meal is whey prot, oatmeal, splenda and water. I have to use the blender for this one, b/c the oatmeal needs to be ground. Also, every night i have a choc whey, splenda and natty peanut butter shake, w water (have to use the blender for this one too, or I'll have big lumps of pb in my shake)
    I do not use the blender for regular pwo, or whey and flax. I'll use a shaker for pwo, and shake w flax, since I can just shake it up w no problem

    sounds good..pretty much all i use is 100% whey and i used to put a banana in there but for college il prolly just go with the whey
