    SteveO said around 250-260 I think...So every ones opinions vary for now...I think i will keep it at 300 for now and see how it goes..I will try to get more in if I can but not gonna eat a bunch of stuff in the middle of the night..I will do that bulking though...

    yeah i jsut think his carbs were good, fats ok, and he could afford to up cals if he jumped into cardio hard... and upping the protein wouldn't hurt a bit while cutting...free cals basically.

    I'm amazed, my lifts are going up every week at least 5lbs. depending on what I do.

    haha take this how you would like, but i wouldn't supplement any fat. just eat whwta comes in your food and a final pro/fat meal of teh day if you wish to have one. only use one carb source every meal so your insulin levels stay steady... thats where its at.

    Hack, my suggestions
    cardio @least 5 days per week, empty stomach for 45-1hour
    25-2600 cals, 60g fat, 170-200g carbs (play with those a bit), 300-350g protein. Thats my opinion.
