SteveO said around 250-260 I think...So every ones opinions vary for now...I think i will keep it at 300 for now and see how it goes..I will try to get more in if I can but not gonna eat a bunch of stuff in the middle of the night..I will do that bulking though...

Hack, my suggestions
cardio @least 5 days per week, empty stomach for 45-1hour
25-2600 cals, 60g fat, 170-200g carbs (play with those a bit), 300-350g protein. Thats my opinion.
