    I know its not a lot of weight to many people but for me, I did 335lbs. shrugs with the long bar tonight....3 sets of 8.
    Most I have been able to do ever.

    I can squat decent but I only use those machines that u still put free weight on...I don't do normal squats fvck that

    I only do free weight if I have a good spotter...otherwise I do the smith machine like you!

    Basically....take the bench bar (45lbs. long bar) and throw on 3 45lbs. weights and 1 10lbs. on each side. Have a shoulder width grip and shrug your shoulders up without help from your back etc.

    oh no, its free weights. It's a lot for me but I have been workin my way up to it....I have fairly strong shoulders, thank goodness!

    I love biceps that's what I did today...I did a shitload of volume trying to make the fvckers sore...They are so stubborn and don't get sore..

    Everyone talks about Muscle memory...I could bench over 330lbs or so when i was 230..Now I weigh 200 but can probably only do to 250 and it's not going up very fast like it use to..I don't get it..
