    Oh ok....you were probly just chuggin down the carbs (like I did) and then when you cut back, you lost a little muscle. You'll get it back and bench what you could before!

    Starting next week, I would just bump the cardio up to 1 hour in the am on an empty stomach. Twice a week is too much for me personally. Try it out though and see if you like it.
    I usually go play racquetball or walk my dog to get in some extra cardio.
