Lol dont worry audis im terrible monday monring cardio after a cheat meal or heavy carb day... WOW... today was normal and i was letting them go.. my meal b4 the gym was salmon rice and veggies.... they were stinkers i dont even care...

Last year summer time iwas pretty keto.... So one meal b4 the gym i had 8 egg whites and bag (entire bag of Spinach about 3--5 cups) holy hell.. I almost killed my self.
