    Exactly the day I had yesterday. 4th set of squats, head started hurting, and just felt blasted. So I bailed. Ruined my whole day. I went in last night for an hour of cardio though, so I felt a little better about it.

    I have a new appreciation for you guys that use injectables. I had to give myself an Epipen in my leg because I had a severe allergic reaction on Wednesday. Well the injection site hurts like hell and I could not do that everyday. OUCH!!!!
