dude just buy the intstant choc or vanilla pudding sugar free of coarse and add two scoops of choc or vanilla protein and mix with a wire wisk and refrisgerate for like 10 mins there ya go per serving you get like

110 cals (about)
15g of pro
10 of CHO
1g of fat
