    oh man... i want to go to sleep... but im not done working out. i cant go to sleep until im done with the flat/incline dumbell flys, and lateral raises...

    i think il do one more set of military press too

    even though i was lethargic as all hell last night cause i was heavily under the influence of... uhhh... huh huh huh... you know
    i was still able to rep 145 on military press, then i was repping 40 pound dumbells on incline flys

    hey tren , I'm taking the test e 2x's per week at 1.25cc's...would you up that dose or would you think that should be enough for a 1 week period?

    is the dose on the test 250 mgs/ml?

    if so, then that thats 625 mgs a week, which should be good

    I weighed in this morning @ 230 lol. thats a 30 lbs gain since last monday. Lots of water retention
