It's funny. The advice from the older guys like spywizard are very professional straight forward. Something like this is unacceptable. The younger guys seem to be more flexible saying to ignore it.

Honestly Carlos....I know your a prim and proper dude...but this is the one time you can use what I like to call the 'black factor' lol!! Intimidate this joker. I have always been able to give folk a look that say 'come getchu someeeeeeeeee". Try it...don't give them the death ice stare, but more of tjust the frosty 'i'll slap you' look.

One time me and 2 of my frat borthers, and 2 girls in the sister sorority were at this white frat pajama party at UGA, and one of them white dudes was really aggresive with one of female companions even though she aint wanna dance. She pushed him away and he pushed the shit out of her and she fell. My bruh went over there and got in his face and like 40 of these white frat dudes came outta nowhere like ****ing ants. Me and my other brah ran over there and started 'death staring' everyone...raising hell and bluffing LIKE HELL!!! All three of us are big dudes...But I was secretely praying not to get get stomped to sleeeeeeeeep. I might not be here today if it wasn't for the black man death stare...no jokeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

@stink eye!!! Yea...I only save the 'death stare" for when Ima really bout to have to stab someone. To give folk the 'eye' you gotta be big, black, white and big, have some tats or any combination of the 2. Saved my ass many times.

Your going to get this anyplace you go once you get to a certain size. I got it at my new job w/ the fire dept, shit started in training. I had a guy come up to me and say "where'd you get those(pointing to my arms) at, Mexican Steroids R Us? I just laughed and told him that Mexican stuff was garbage and he should go with European, and then we started hitting it off pretty good. The guy was just kidding around, offensive as it sounded you cant get mad, its going to happen all the time. You need not worry about being tested, those tests are around 2g's from what I hear, and the only way they'll investigate that to the point of drug testing is if you do something stupid, like haul off and beat the shit out of someone at work.

I wear XL polo shirts and some stuff I have XXL. My pants I get at least 36" waist to fit my legs and ass. Still fits a little snug on the quads but doesn't look bad or tight. My actual waist size is always below 32".

I can't fit any of my dress shirts for shit. When I wear a dress shirt they fit so tight it looks like any moment the buttons may pop.lol:

I hear ya on the pants. I gotta get 42s and they make me look like a fatass but I gotta to fit over my damn legs. Granted, my waist is bigger than yours and im sure your legs are several inches bigger than mine..

Personally I'd ignore the person, and file a HR complaint against them, saying that they are harrasing you.

A lot of great advice and comments on this one Carlos!

Here is my scenario...I wear dress shirts at work all the time and always buy regular cut - so they are all baggy and hanging around the mid section.

I had my manager make fun of me once when I showed up in a Polo for a meeting on a weekend. (This guy is about 260 and all belly)
He was holding his arms out from his body and saying "OHHH - I LIFT Weights"
and then he let out "Roid Boy"...well, I didn't skip a beat and looked him in the eye and said "I don't make fun of the things you eat!"

The staff thought it was hilarious and cracked up.
Him and I get along just fine now.
(I actually got promoted to Assistant just three months ago)

I think it just comes down to an understanding.
You're the big dog on the block now and if this clown was the big dog before, he's gonna mark his territory, whine and complain and do whatever he thinks will save his reputation around the water cooler.

I know you'll do what you feel is right when the time comes.

    Good Luck Brother!

I was in shock. I stood there, and the only thing that could come out of my mouth is "That was really f ucking nice. I can't believe you just said that." By then he turned the corner and was gone. I kept walking and went back to my office and debated whether to go to his office and say something to him about it. I decided not to. I thought my comment would give him a clue what he said was inappropriate.

Friday morning my manager called me to his office for a meeting. As I'm about to walk in, I look up and I see the guy. He says to me "Good morning juicey" I said back What did you just say? He repeats it. "Good morning juicey." I said back to him VERY SERIOUSLY "Do not EVER... say something like that to me again." and then walked into my manager's office. When I sat down my manager asked me what did he just say to you. I told him nothing. He asked me again 3 times what did he say. I told him nothing, do not worry about it. I'll handle it.

Friday afternoon as I was getting lunch in the cafeteria I see the same guy sitting at a table with some other guys. As I'm stacking a load of food on my tray. One of the guys with him walks up to me, thinks he's being funny and says. "So, how much do steroids go for these days." I said back, "I don't know. But if you say something like that to me again I will report you to HR."

What do you guys think? Monday should I talk to my manager about this? Should I go to HR? I feel by reporting it to my manager and HR it's going to put a spotlight on me and on the subject of me using steroids. I just started this job and I feel being new, I shouldn't make waves but these f uckers are disrespecting me with their comments and I don't like it.

Did'nt even read others post, hopefully you have went to HR with this, this is unacceptable and needs to stopped STAT.

It is also very important that you follow the chain of command whatever it may be for your company..if you jump the gun and skip some people, they will bring that up to you and will go against you.

    Good luck

Na I could never handle that. I tried it once and it just goes against my personality. I currently work for a small business and plan to open my own business in the near future. The good thing about not working for a corporation is people get to view you more as a human and less like a machine. I do understand why you can't talk to your boss about how your cycle is going in a corporate environment but thats why I can't do it. My view is what you do outside of work is your own thing. Be it drugs, music, sexual orientation or whatever floats your boat.

This thread still here! This should have been handled the first day, but to each his own. Can't believe all the energy wasted in this discussion. People are different. I teach my sons to handle their business. Doesn't matter what the motive is for this behavior, people either have respect or need to be taught respect......

If you work in a professional environment and only been there for 2 weeks you can't walk around like Mr. bad ass throwing your weight around. If you think this is a waste of energy why did you waste yours posting.

"stink eye" is that William Wallace "I'm unbalanced and I'm gonna beat you in the ass" look with one eye slightly larger than the other... when it comes from the right individual it is very intimidating...
