my biggest irk is a guy at my gym who puts 4 or 5 sets of dumbbells around a bench, and does 1 set, then takes off for at least 5 minutes, comes back, another set, takes off again. i think he thinks the whole gym belongs to him.

We have sewveral of these phraes that we say reguarly to amuse each other "dont want to get TOO BIG" is one.
"nah no gear mate just chicken and rice". "im on celltech".
A couple of guys reguarly ask me "what they should take". I ask about there diet and they start looking at the floor and mumbling about protein,
One guy tells me how much clen he has used every week. He uses more clen in a week than i have in a year, and hes still obese. I try to tell him about diet but he says he has to eat alot for powerlifting. YEAH but a lot of PIZZA??????

I had a guy go up to me all serious asking me how i leaned out and asked me if i could get him some Beca.....Thats rigth, not Deca , but Beca....i looked at him like he was the dumbest mofo in the world, and told him i train naturally and my diet is on point......In turn, he looked at me like i was talking greek to him......i hate people that dont understand how IMPORTANT proper nutrition is......now that i think about it, i should have ripped his stupid ass off.

Top 3 stupid things that I heard at my gym:
3. Are you done with that? (While I am still doing a set in the middle of a rep and thinking…Does it look like I am done with this?)
2. Some guy told me deadlifts were a dumb exercise, because he got hurt from them. (I had to do my best from not laughing at him after I asked him what he was lifting when he got hurt and he said he was hitting 225 for 10 reps)
1. (And most Irritating) Are you done with the squat rack so I may do my curls PLEASE! (Seriously, I had a this little 98lbs chick ask me all snotty like if she could use the rack for her 35 lbs set of curls)

Had some wimp'lo dude ask me what I was on. I'm a stick at 6'3" 200, but I have some decent lifts. I just told him glucosomine, chondrotine, and MSM, flaxseed oil, fish oil, a multivitamine, vitamine E, and vitamine B complex.
He looked puzzled.
I then told him to make sure he eats plenty of complex carbs, and 1/7-2g of protiene for every pound of body weight and to try and up his cals to 5K over the course of 6-8 meals per day. I told him to drop the machines only workout and start squating, deadlifting, benching and to clean and press.
He walked away and used a pulley machine for God knows what.

Just today this dude was like "Man i dont think ur taking the right kind of supps cause ur not that big" I was like um first off ive put on 10 lbs in the past 6 weeks and it wasnt because i wasnt taking $100 worth of supps it cause i got my diet right. Then he tells me that i was full of s*** and i asked him wat he got his degree in. "Civil engineering" OH well i guess me being in my third year of a double major in nursing and nutrition makes me an idiot? ppl think that just cause they are bigger than u that they know more about lifting and gaining weight
