best way to make a quick buck is house flipping. buy a house in a middle class neighborhood, giver a quick reno, then sell. Or if you have the time and money, build a house (contract it yourself) and sell, around my area you can make anywhere from 50k-100k

I know a few. I have an idea to take products that are over priced here and have them made in china. (look at harbor freight and it's stuff) The person that makes an affordable universal transmission will clean up. $2000 to have a transmission placed on a car that isn't even worth that much

Foreign governments are high return/ high risks. Real estate is tricky right now but remember the old saying: buy when every one is selling and sell when everyone is buying.

Products from china are hot right now and have great mark up. The quality has really improved. Please lets not debate american jobs etc. I have given up on american stuff, don't even get me started on shitty cars that just fall apart

Car parts made in china or russia would really make someone rich since american dealer ships rape us

Russia & china have really stepped up in the market place.

invest in the stock market. Particularly Small stocks... Not common stocks. Start looking in the newspaper for new technology or new pharmacuticals find one that looks promising and buy buy buy. Imagine the return investors got on viagra when the price was low. Small stocks will be my ticket so long as the risk premium is still high.

Depends on where you buy and under what circumstances. All the homes I've flipped and have found for investors have been foreclosed. You get tax breaks for taking an unoccupied rundown home and turning it into something nicer in most areas.

capital gains tax is the killer, But yeah circumstances like how long you hold the house for and what not. A good accountant can help out to. I think under normal buying and selling you have to hold a house for x amount of years to avoid the heavy capital gains tax. Govt loves finding ways to make money.

go upto a barman in a busy bar.
tell him to give you a cash note from the till, write your name on it. and tell him that you can get it back into the till without touching it, and if you do he has to give you a free drink.
this is where you have to use your imagination. either distract him, or get your mate to ask for a drink etc.
pass the note to some-one else, they walk round to another barman and ask if they can change it for you.
ta da, you get the money and drink.

sometimes, if they dont fall for it, soon as they give you the note run, only joking.
write your name on it, tell them you can get it back in the till. they say go on then, pass it back to them and name your drink

Investing. In buisnesses, stocks, bonds, ect. are usually pretty good ideas.

Flipping houses is usually the best way to make quick money though.

Guys the country where i am working right now there are a million ways to become a millionaire but all it takes is spontaneous people who start going for something as soon as they hear it or get the idea, if you are one of these people then you should be here, but unfrotunatly i am the ol fashioned too lazy and too cautious that i stick with my day job and just watch the opportunities go by!!

An easy way to make money on this forum is....ok guys i'm only kidding so dont get me banned, actually do it in another BB forum ok! Sit around in the general questions forum, wait for the daily 20-30newbs who are aged 17-20 who come in here saying stuff like "i have been researching for a while now" or "i know i'm too young but i'm ready to do a cycle" and be the first to reply by telling them they should remove the post and that they shouldnt be doing this...then this is the cunning part...send them a PM now that you have played the bad-cop in the public and in the PM switch to good cop by telling them you only want whats best for them and the safest thing they can do now is to run the newly released "Hybrid-anabolics" which is basically all the gains without any side effects, and then tell them to research it themselves but they probably wont find it because its new and UG.

Wait about 6 hours and they will come back to you and tell you they couldnt find anything about them, and they will hint that they want them from you! You deny them at first saying they need to get their posts up before you can trust them! Then enjoy watching them postwhore for a few days in order to get your "trust"!! LOL
Then they will come back asking again and go ahead with the transaction, take the ridiculous amount of money they send you, go to any healthstore and buy multivitamins and gel-caps that dont have any letters imprinted on them, take them out of the box and put them in a small ziplock to make them look extra suspicious! Afterall they are "Hybrid-anabolics"!!! Send them to the person and there's your easy money, there are about 20 customers you can get a day easily!! And your not harming them you are giving them their much needed FDA-RDA of vitamins and minerals!

actually believe it or not viagra didnt do much to phizers stock price b/c of the other negative issues affecting the manufacturer, if viagra was its own company then yes.

look into "penny stock".. you can get a pretty good list of penny stock at www.pennystockpile.com ... penny stocks are basicly anything thats shares are like $.10 and lower some are even micro stock that are like $.008.. but if you find a company with good trends and do some google searches to find out what they are doing company wise you can be set for life. For example I got my eye on some stock its $.03 a share.. I'll prob get about 10,000 shares on it.. but i've been looking at the business and they just got a shitload of property in las vegas and they are going to sponser someone in feb for the daytona 200 or something. this stocks high this year was $1.50 and its company high was $40.00 if this goes up to like $4.00 from the $.03 its at I just made $40,000.. who knows maybe i'll be one of those lucky SOBs where it'll go up to $35.00 tippin the scale and i'll be set for life
