I am back in the gym but not lifting, my gym has a semi olympic pool and i am abusing it right now.
Swimming is great cardio, and acutally can cut you up a bit if diet is good.
I realize that my cardio sucks ass and that carrying 220 pounds of beautiful 40 inch waiste is going to be a challenge.
Bike riding can be done without pain has well.
