Damn your beasting them deads. I'm trying to get there as well but I have yet to begin any real deal cycles. I'm ready to start my next cycle but not sure how I wanna go about it. Thinking about starting Prop for 10-12 weeks with dbol to start or maybe Test E kickstarted with dbol then switch over to prop on thelast few weeks so I can avoid ed injections until the last few weeks. Because I know Prop would be my best choice for contest prep but at the same time I'm not trying to do ed injections but I need to get use to that ester instead of cramping up while prepping. So I haven't really decided what to do yet.
I can help you a little bit with your diet if you'd like just send me a PM and I'll do my best. I don't know as much as Nova but its probably better than nothing.

Yeah I guess I'll just stick to the ed but I just know for the thanksgiving I'll be with the family for two days and I'm not sure where we'll be this year and I'm not trying to bring along needles and everything to where ever we go. You know what I'm saying cause I'll be right in the middle of a cycle. Thats why I was thinking Test E to start for 11 weeks then maybe prop for the last 2-3 weeks.

so i hit chest again last night. did dumbell presses-decline/flat/incline. then i went on to decline bench and i got up to 275 3X. might not sound much to you guys...but for only being back into lifting for like 6 months after having 2 years off...i was pretty stoked
