I've been using those machines for years now and never again i have those irritation and spots after shaving. "you gotta listen to your bady, your body talks to you" thats what i apply. From now on to any area. I don't eat every 2.5 hours. If i'm not hungry after 2.5 i don't eat. If im hungry after 30 mins i eat.
If im training and i've got enough and ive only done 10 sets total thats good.
