    are you serious?? that's disgusting . maybe some day soon stem cell research will help too....but i hope they continue their research in disabling it at the DNA level

    My strengths finally coming back. Pressed the 115 dumbbells cleanly for 8 reps on my 4th set. Then hit the Hundos on my 4th set on Incline for 8 reps. Pyramiding down 15, 12, 10, 8.

    Good job JD. I know how losing strength sucks... I'm trying to get back to where I was with my legs. Was doing like 315 on front squats for 3 reps now after overuse of my knees and a back injury sadly 225 x 6 is the best so far. tomorrow though I'm giving 275 a shot
