    so, anyway since the landlord is kicking him out...he figures it gives him a free pass to get a bachalor pad until they get married. He thinks it's better if they live seperately until they tie the knot. WTF? Why get married to someone you can't live with?

    she told him I'm better looking than him, the funny thing is we look a lot alike. He'd be too suspicious of me for me to get the job done. Me and her were hanging out drunk together one night while he was out for a couple hours for work and he gave her the 3rd degree cause it looked like we were having fun when he got back.

    im at 3000kcal now but i dont think its enough considering my level of Cardio a few days a week and then my Martial Art Training 4-5 days a week 1.5 hours a day plus training HIT
    gunna Bump to 3200-3400 Kcal

    I've quitted the strict cutting diet. made me feel miserable. I will do a very clean diet with lots of cardio and no carbs at night and that should be an equivalent.

    one of my boyz has totalled out 10 bikes.
    last one was in boston, a harvard van ran a stop sign and he endo'd right into the side of it. Got a 70k settlement cause his back hurt for awhile.
    he still rides track days and like a mad man
    you have to have a little bit of a screw loose to ride a bike

    you'll be alright if you respect it. It took me a crash or two to learn respect. Now I just ride it like a high powered moped, maybe do a wheelie here and there and a high speed run once in a great while. Also, I try not to ride when the road is wet. But sometimes you can't help that.

    My uncle crashed his bike in Mexico and shredded his ankle and foot. When he went to the "hospital" and saw the appalling conditions there and was confronted by a "doctor" wielding a dirty horse needle he decided he could make it back to the USA gaping wounds or not.
