I was gonna say chondromalacia patellae was most likely but where you're seeing the bruising hmmm, idk MCL? or meniscus?
The fact you didn't hit it with something means internal trauma from the weight itself. That's bad, you damaged something.
A smart man who can't afford a doctor would take 6 weeks off right now to ice, take lots of ibuprofen and just overall rest.

yep.....meniscus......which means it doesn't matter if i take time off anyway, no guarantee it'll heal.
And I will never take 6 weeks off unless i'm dead. 6 weeks would make competing impossible.
Still though, the meniscus is cartilage based....and cartilage gets a big fat zero in the blood flow department and is only fed nutrients by the synovial fluid of the joint......so where the **** did the blood come from?

at this point even if he see's a doc, I'm gonna guess they're gonna suggest rest ice and anti-inflams for 6 weeks min. Then see where it's at. Because for the most part they try to delay doing expensive tests like MRI and a lot of these things resolve themselves.
I'm just amazed that someone wouldn't take care of thier joints when they're essential to bodybuilding.

Yeah no joints and you might as well give up cause nothing well happen for you.... Here it is right in his face that its proof he has been over training, others saying he is over-training and he still don't listen.... pure genius I tell you...... a true Mr. Olympia in the making........
