    so i went to the docs. blood pressure is 140/100 and i have a mildly enlarged heart. going for an ekg and bloodwork tomorrow. interesting

    no biggie. I have been 150/90 before. Surprisingly I have used gear heavier this year then ever, and my blood pressure at my last check up a few weeks ago was 140/80.

    100 is a little high for diastolic, but can be brought down. Avid weight lifters/body builders from what I have been told tend to have a little high systolic than the average person

    i have done it at 200mg ed and all i got for sides was terrible heart burn but got amazing gains from it....not sure what 300mg would be like, but i would give it a shot for like 3-4 weeks....i'll try anything twice....except Stocky, that was a one time mistake.....
