    right around the middle of May. 12 weeks

    trying to stay lean and not go to far out.... i think i look about 8-10 weeks out to me for where i'm at now

    i have put on the body fat since i did prime before the cycle.... well maybe a bit leaner.... like right around 10 again.... was at like 7-8% at the beginning like 7 weeks ago i think its been
