That would be a great thing if you could help him feel better about himself, and in a way overcome some of his disability even if only in a psycological way. But, I would advise you to make him clear it with his doctor first. It really depends what is going on with his condition weather it's advisable or not.

CP is an umbrella term, PT is common to help with the condition but he might be limited in types of exercise or amount of weight he should be lifting (ie, it might not be good for him to lift like you do). For example, onset of arthritis and osteoporosis can occur much sooner in adults with cerebral palsy.

So just have him talk to his doc first.

Oh yes I am going to everything I can for him.... I have his email and wrote him a quick note. He does exercises for his back, chest, shoulders, and arms. He has little control of his legs and has spasms in his legs. He is in a motorized wheelchair but has someone help him up.

I am going to try and learn has much as I can about CP while helping him along. But when he emails me back I will make him aware of what you told me. Funny I was complaining about my life the other day and where I live and then this man walks into my life and makes me realize I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I have to start working again. I just got an E-mail back from one of my old bosses who says he can give me some work and asked me what do I want to do. I'm thinking of taking a massive pay cut so I don't have to deal with people so much. I really hate the general public.

It is... I'm glad I met him

I was complaining about living where i live but why should I... I have a pretty good life, been blessed, have a car, job, friends, can walk, etc etc. and this man just loves bodybuilding to death and really can't do anything to achieve the goals he wants. I almost want to break down when I really think about his struggles and then how blessed I have been........

Anyway send me that tren and now....
