like if you ingest 1000mgs it will absorb lets say 85% of it

but if you ingest 3000mg the body will only use like 15% of it.

so taking more actually equals to your body using less

It was like cracking your knuckles but in my hip
I thought I was gonna drop the weight but was able to finish my leg workout
hip has been a little sore ever since. I'm gonna give it a week rest.

but there's one thing you know you aren't doing when you have a cig in your mouth...any kind of running or cardio for about a week...tren makes it impossible anyway.
