    a sevens set is done last exercise of your workout......7 sets with 30 sec of rest and weight you can get 8-12 reps on....sipping water in the rest period....it's supposed to help hyper pump the muscle and stretch the fascia....

    just in case u didn't know what i was talkin bout

    if you do it right it's pretty sweet.....some exercises work better than others...kinda a trial and error for a while...but those t-bars work very well on it for me

    It's all good, planet fitness is 24 hrs. Ruhl loves that I go to the judgement free zone to work out.

    I'm on 400mg test per week 1050 tren
    I know too much but the tren is so cheap and fun to make so I go overboard a little.

    FST-7 training. I tried it. It seemed pretty good. Though I like everything. Training everything twice a week like Arnold, HIT like Dorian, hell even FST-7 was nice

    yeah reed I know it might suck but I only go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. So, like every other day. It works for my schedule, then I mix in other stuff like running, rowing and biking.

    Its what I do now. Couple of warm up sets. 2 on 1 off, so about 4 days in a 6 day week. Look at the log I got now. HIT style 6-8 reps heavy controlled, full focus on form and proper contraction. Its how dorian trained. Sloppy form=sloppy physique. So many kids just jerk stuff around and only are actually working out their ego more than anything not the part that is aimed for. Especially with back, too many utilize there forearms and biceps to help bring the weight down that they THINK they can handle. Bunch of suckers and you see how far they get.... RIGHT??

    this ****in sucks...i don't know that i'm going to be able to stay in my applied analysis class and pull out any kind of decent grade......just tried to do the homework and i was like....ummmm what?
    and we have to do proofs all the ****in time and i've....NEVER had to do a proof
