I don't see why doing curls at the squat rack is a bad thing as long as it's not all you do. I curl 155 pounds...where am I gonna do it? the bench press?

i ahted college. i never went there. I hated 90% of the inmates there. Girls where absolutly reterded and sluts and dudes where retareded too. Subhuman scum...they always stalker at me, with "who the hell is that???". I was always in trouble with the population there. Im so glad i left college behind. Still if i wanted to get a college girl i could, i knew being the weird low class skinhead in a pijin collge is appealing to some chicks, but they are not to me.

I'm 27 as of yesterday. I went to college at... I guess 25? I should have an Associates degree in the summer, and I should have a Bachelor's at 29. I may go on for higher education... this I haven't decided yet.

That really depends on the restaurant... if it's something that's naturally healthy like thai just get a chicken curry. If it's not most restaurants can pull of broiled chicken or fish and some steamed vegs.
