    where do you get those stats from?
    its impossible i can get more than 10lbs naturally. totally imposible.
    Being optimistic a natural can gain 2-3lbs of muscle/year.

    i've done that for the last years. i've gained 27kgs. And thats that.
    i ate plenty i train right. But the trusth is without AAS there is not much more someone can do.

    It's absurd, I bet just spending one day with them you could point out about 15 things diet/training related that they do/don't do that are the reason for it.

    Okay, now I know these pics are gross, but I'm gonna show you what I did when I was younger with no roids.

    First pics I was 16 and had been training about 10 months, last 2 I was 18 with 2 years of training and food, I know I put a bunch of fat on too but I was just concerned with getting big.

    Weight in the first two is about 175 lbs, in the second two it's around 235

    what are you talking about, I was 290 before I did roids but fat

    before I got fat though I was 220 and pretty damn cut

    I'd be in better shape then I am now without roids if I never had a back injury and got fat.

    To be honest the only reason I ever did roids was because of injuries. Losing 6 weeks in the gym made me crazy and want to catch up. and a lot of it is just the feeling of being "on"....I like it.

    damn, you must be the exceptions...99.9% people use roids because they wanna get big. faster. and without the pain in the ass that represents just gaining 2-3lbs a year. And i'm cool with it. I just don't buy the "i'll be the same without roids". "roids are 5% of the results, the key is food and training".

    Its all About the Work you put in and Your eating habits
    1997 - I was 175 with probly 5% Body Fat (Thats my Football weight in Highschool)
    1999 - Broke my Ankle and blew up to 290 (Fat slob)
    2001 - started getting back into shape and got to 260 (Just push ups and Running - No Weights)

    2003 - 250 (decent shape, Kind of chubby)
    2005 - 190 (Great shape - best since Highschool)
    2006 - 220 (Good Eating)
    NOW - 245 (Nice size, Could lose some body fat)

    Its about YOU and how you eat and Train

    Dude you'd be sooooooo dissappointed with a cycle. THEY AREN'T A MIRACLE. You havn't done them, what the f*ck could you know bout how well they work? Your first cycle you throw shitloads of weight on, then lose most of it if you **** around on your diet....


    If you're growing 2-3 lbs a YEAR, roids aren't what you are missing. I can gain 2-3 lbs a month on NOTHING. I'm not some huge juice monkey I have less than 20 weeks total time on gear....I've been gear-less for a year now and I'm in the best shape of my life, strongest I've ever been too.

    How i know it. My friend who is (was) as skinny as i am (was) has been cycle for years. Ive seen him natural and he reminded me so much of myself. as soon as he hitted the test/deca he starte to grow like weed. Of course he is not growing at the same rate now. But he has added a lot of muscle ever since he started. He even did a couple local shows.

    you can definately lose body fat fast and gain muscle quickly without hopping on cycle. shit the last cycle i did wasn't good and i honestly wish i wouldn't have done it. I got in the best shape i've been in for a long time off cycle after it. Started building a lot more muscle and shredding the fat off. It is all about diet. I need to start eating right again

    Just because you can't grow, doesn't mean everyone over 200 lbs is only that big cause of roids. It's just not a fair thing to say, they help but I have buddies bigger than me that are natural as hell. You can blame genetics, but not roids.

    Genetics is Reality.. I used to Live in South Carolina. Did Bouncer work with this dude, Was (Est) 6' 2" About 220lbs.. Solid as a Rock and Built like a Pro Wrestler. Dude had muscles Everywhere. He couldnt do 20 pushups. Never lifted a Weight ever. He actually got mad cuz I kept laughing (I thout he was Bullshit) Dude pops and Brither were all built the same. Big strong looking dudes. He really couldnt do 20 pushups. Im laughing now thinking bout it

    Haha that's hilarious. Genetics are a trip though....for instance how some people are ripped all the time, no matter what they do, drink, eat, party. And for me it's a STRUGGLE to lose weight.

    Truth. I made the best improvements just being dilligent with my training, doing cardio, not ****ing up on my diet, and I was only using whey and creatine monohydrate.
