    Yah I have a buddy who when he graduated from high school was 170 lbs, lean as shit had some decent muscle. I saw him 2 years later and he's 240, he's got some fat on him now but mostly good size, he's dead against juice, doesn't even know that testosterone is a steroid .

    same here. i can gain 10lbs in a month but it takes 2 or more to take it off. of course i can't afford to eat right now anyways so it will take more time. But I have always had trouble trying to keep the fat off...just my genetics apparently.

    Chest

    Incline bench press 3x6-10
    Machine flies 3x10-12
    Machine press 3x8-10
    Cables crosses 4x10-12

    A bit more volume then I do, but looks decent. I'd try to utilize some dumbells in there, I find dumbells make chest grow a little more evenly and better.

    i want to lose the fat first and then build the muscle mass of course i'm still circuit training because i know the more muscle you have the faster you burn fat but still, i just don't like feeling this way
