Not bad. You forgot that it's not supposed to be taken with acidic food and drink. Grape juice is ideal.

Last time I got excited to have someone at the gym to work out with he curled the ez bar for 15 minutes and announced that he was done.

yes sir. used to work with him, he used to weigh 260 pounds at 5'7. now hes 197 and solid muscle. i knew him when he was fat. so i know he works hard and knows what hes doing.

sorry nope, insulin spike isn't significant enough to make much of a difference. Ideal IMO is wash it down with a protein shake.

It's been a couple years since I bothered with the stuff. I googled it and now the powers that be have decided dextrose is the way to go? Whatever. I researched the hell out of it back then. It just made me want to hit the bathroom anyway, grape juice or not, so I don't use it.

I haven't used that stuff since I was a junior in college. I save all the money I would spend on supps and put it str8 into gear.

buy a big ass jug from GNC...use half
take back to the store for refund

If I got married I think as long as she was paying I wouldn't get too involved. I'm pretty damn picky myself when it comes to cars. And if the Mrs. is telling what I do and don't need in a car or motorcycle...I might have to choke a bitch.
