well ive been taking Melatonin every night before bed and havent had any problems with the trensomnia. but i didnt get home till late last night so i didnt want to take it and sleep late for work. so i tried falling asleep without it. and no dice. so i finally took some and ended up falling asleep. but way too late. other then that havent had any problems. and my sweats are bad only when i sleep. i soak my pillow and sheets. so if you can handle that. its worth it.

i just went to my college to sell my books back and spent 100's of dollars per book and all they would take back is 2 and i only got $52 :@ thats messed up!
i was playing on cyclin with the money i was going to get and renewing my gym membership!!

just ended 6 weeks of tren on saturday. I'm glad it's over, results were great but I sleep as much as a cat.

idk, I don't really keep track so much. I'm strong like a retard and people keep telling me I look huge. I was chillin in a bar last weekend sitting with some friends and out of the blue some dude comes up and asks to arm wrestle me. I think you know you're huge when that starts happening and I won. I'm 6'3 about 263 pounds. I cut down to 245 before the cycle at about 17% bf or so. I'll loose like 5-10 pounds of water and the rest will be pure muscle. I don't want to get much bigger, just a little more cut at this point.

nobody has popped the question, "do you juice?" to me ever. I've always been big. However, I have a friend that juices with me, he is 5'7 180 lbs cut. Last year he started out at 150. People have asked him several times.

damn, thats what im going for. im also 6'3. but only 220. a few more cycles and diet tweaks and ill be 250. but im lower body fat. bout 10%

Yeah, I had a bad back injury from rowing and became a bit of a lard ass so my bf is a little higher than I would like. I hit 290 before I got my shit together, I didn't look all that bad at 290 but friends say I look a lot better now. If I kept going the way I was, I'd be a hidious slob in ten years or so.

I don't get questioned I get accused constantly and, no kidding, I don't even look big at all. When I get the balls, I'm just gonna start saying, "yeah, I'm on aas and I'm damn proud of it!"

Banning is forever. They ban your IP address so that you can't just register under a different name. You can but they find out pretty quickly.
