I doubt he's over 5'10'', so I'm not sure how that relates to his thread. I was pretty clear in the first post of ths thread as to who this is intended for. This is for the tall skinny guys who ''eat plenty but just can't gain'' and want to take steroids because they want to bulk.

Big, rockinred, I hope you made that post up... says something though that I'm not sure, doesn't it!!! This should be posted in the steroid Q&A section. I find it entertaining that the diet forum only ever has a handful of guys in it, while the steroid forum has a ton of not-old-enough-to-drink dudes debating over their next orals only cycle...

i almost wish i had the problem of 5'10 and only 150lbs, i was 6' and over 200lbs before I hit highschool...mostly fat =)

Man, I used to know so many people that would claim they eat like pigs but don`t gain a single pound. I can promise they are not consistant, a couple days of binge eating dosen`t make up a full week of calories, they seriously don`t fcking listen.

i used to be 6'3 at 155-160lbs.
and i worked in restaurants.... i ate everything i could all day for free and didnt gain any fat or muscle. but then again i didnt work out.
now im about 215 and i still eat everything i can. but between my over active sex life, my active job and then working out ( i dont do cardio) i still have to force feed myself to gain any weight. plus i can eat raw cookie dough everyday all day and not gain an ounce of fat. (trust me, ive tried)
so some ppl just cant gain. but that doesnt mean they should hop on gear.
though i did. lol
now that i know about diet and macros and shit. i can honestly say that before i started learning/working out. and i worked in the restaurants. i can seriously say i ate 3500 calories easy. and at 160 lbs i didnt gain anything. not fat, not muscle. nothing.

I'm 5'11 and a half (I wear nike shox) and I train my biceps every day for three hours. why aren't they getting bigger? do I need to use steroids like ephedrine to make them bigger? My diet is a good, I eat a big meal once a week and then throw it up. My mom makes good food, her low carb, low protein meals are the shit!
I hope you guys can help me!
