what changes would you reccomend. i eat 4-5 meals a day at an all you can eat buffet.( i bought a meal plan at UCF)... i usually get 3 plates of meats, casserole, vegetables, potatoes,(fish when they have it). Sometimes i get a double cheese burger on top of that. I also always go to the omlette station and get an egg white omlette. I drink either water, chocolate milk, or powerade.

I'm 6' and 182 lbs. today at 9% BF! Woohoo! I love muscle memory. When I look in the mirror I'm starting to see me again.

Yes it is, but five weeks ago I weighed 158, had paralyzed shoulders and back, a fused foot and couldn't even roll over in bed without having help. After four months of surviving like that I'm out of the wheelchair, lifting weights and skating again,(practicing to go back to ice hockey). I guess it depends on where you come from. Twenty years ago I would've been depressed with this body; today it's as if I'm winning the Olympics just getting out of bed and standing up...

I eat clean, for my midnight snack I eat whole grain bagels, cause my buddy told me whole grain means healthy and I'll lost weight! I love Ice Cream so I buy the LITE kind. It's ****ed though I just can't seem to drop the lbs. My bro at the gym told me Winny would cut me up nicely do I'm doing that right now.

what about us small framed guys? my head is small and my arms are already bigger than my head. i cant even wear hats cause they dont fit my small head! big head = big body, small head = small body, small head with big body = (hard to get)
