Can't Gain weight....Man if I only had that problem...Have friends that can eat whatever they want and not worry about it...one Burger from Whataburger and Damnit I feel as if I gained 5 pounds ahahaha....Oooo By the way Should I mix Winni with Orange juice or is it ok to drink straight up??????

I am 510 150. I have a bowl of dbol for breakfast with skimmed milk (less fat, I wna get RIPPED, summer bod, yeayah). For lunch I have a packet of twiglets, a fromage frais, a cheese sandwich, a banana and a diet coke. For dinner I usually have a pizza or a chinese. I take 2 protein shakes a day (protein shakes make you huge) as well, for that extra BOOM for power. Ive been on the dbol for 8 weeks now and ive gained 5 lbs, MASSIVE. Sometimes I get really angry, I got in a fight the other day, because this guy was looking at me like wtf (im guessing because of how big I am) so I stared him out and called him a bitch, I feel so powerful on the Dbol, so I attacked him, but ended up getting my ass kicked. I dno wtf happened, I thought steroids would make me hard.

h/o actually i take that back/ that was right after football season. was about 214. boy i hate that number. i was stuck at it for about 2 months. then a week later i was 225. pretty crazy

Wow im the ALL TIME SKINNY GUY 6'1 140 pounds and im 21....around christmas i was 120(sickening).... i ate 3000 quality calories for about for months and top out at 140....i cannot eat more because most healthy foods are low calorie ...but anyways people on the diet forum told me my diet sucked ...i have not seen one good diet on here. not even close...bowl of wheaties bologne and PB & J and dinner No wonder you wont gain nothing.....

whats a matter with you kid. trying to jump into steriods your to small they wont really help....3 months of lifting aint shyt either.. show some dedication put yourself on a good diet and train hard......now and days kids are way to lazy and looking for an easy way out all the time....be patient
