If anything is going to kill this thing its the financial aspect of it all. I understand its expensive but now I am actually seeing the numbers and its bad. Its one thing to extend yourself and it be done but to have to shell out all this money up front then take on the expense that comes with having a new born, its a lot. Have to do some long hard thinking on this.

Yeah from what I understand it's stupid and as I said it seems to be a $$$ business more than having the childs welfare in mind.

Ok DSM it's time for me to give you my 2 on this. You are going about it all wrong. First off, you don't need to shell all that money out for a child! All you need is to combine you and B/F's sperm in a vial and find a will lesbian to have a child for you and pay her expenses. If they are too expensive, then marry her so she can have insurance. coverage to cover child bearing. No big deal as the marriage is in name only and she will get the insurance to help with the child birth. Have something written up in advance that she has no issue giving you the child afterwards. Give her 5 or 10 grand for the child birth and save a whole lot of money. and the bonus is that child is actually one of yours.

Thats a good plan, if it's what you are looking to do but it sounds more like he is trying to help someone in need. There are a LOT of kids without parents and need good homes. If everyone did as you suggested they would never find a home but the way our system is set up it's stupid and makes it near impossible for good people to adopt.

Have you looked into being foster parents?

That works for the above subject also.

Wouldnt that be like a straight guy wishing he was gay?

I am sure or I think as a kid growing up most do but only because of frustration and not understanding why they are different or what society says is different. I think that is becoming less and less the case as we progress but I have no doubt most kids still have a hard time dealing and understanding it.

Sorry I know I'm not DSM and should not be speaking for him. Also interested on what he has to say.

    was or wasnt? =\

Im guessing its been ask before lovbyts, im certainly not going threw 170 pages to find out. At a adolescence age it is prob by far one of the most difficult things a bloke could go threw, even for a woman what am i saying, applies to both genders i believe.

WAS. The reason I'm saying that is because why would you wish for something you are not like a boy being a girl, girl being a boy, gay being straight straight being gay?
I know what you what you mean and I didnt mean for you to go look it up. I'm just trying to see it also from a kids point of view but more from the point where he does not or society does not make him think it's wrong or something is wrong with him. That has been the stigma for to long.

I'm not sure I'm explaining myself very well. lol

Hurry up and get in her DSM....

Like Lov stated when I was younger I would have changed in a heartbeat but now not so much. I am happy where I am.

Been working and doing lots of Army stuff. Plus we lost internet for a while cause the wife thought it would save money. Silly woman, her going to the library to do her online classes got old pretty quickly.

What makes you think he walks normal? It all depends on how big the firemans hose is.
