You seem to be old enough to mess w/ the cheese. I'd suggest starting at a dosage of 10cc eod using american then eventually working your away up to cottage cheese. Be careful the sides tend to get very intolerable at higher dosages... For pct you need to eat jelly beans. Start with one every hour. Working your way up to 5 per hour then you have to use nitrotech with MILK!! for 5 weeks + jelly beans to optimize muscle building potential by expanding the muscle tissue fibers.

The bottom line
1. If you cannot get big naturally
2. If you cannot get lean naturally
3. If you are younger than your mid to late 20's
you have no business using gear. Most likely, People that get upset about being told to hold off are impatient and fit the criteria of having no business using gear. Most likely, 99% or more of people getting told to hold off are receiving proper advice.

I only read part of the first post and I have to disagree with some of it. Whenever I see the "You are not ready for AAS" posts it almost always a reply to an 18 or 19 year old. And they are not ready point blank.

Well test pilot, you have to rule out the large majority on here that are probably troll's. Then you have the people that like to see AAS as a holy grail, and it empowers them to put people down to make them feel smart. Then you have the people that are really concerned but don't know how to express themselve's in a positive, constructive, educational matter. I learned to take the good from the bad and feel I have learned a lot from this board, and the advice on here seems to have more backup then what I have seen on most of the other boards.

I actually think that this thread touches on the very essence of this board. The advice given, on a difficult and demanding topic, is sound and comes from years of experience. I've been reading on the topic for many years and if there was a better source of information out there, that's where I would be. Sure, I want that magic shot that makes me the biggest guy in the gym within the week, who doesn't? It doesn't exist! The advice given is the truth, but it seems to me that you want somebody to lie to you (and to do it nicely...), so that you can more easily lie to yourself. You sound to me as if you are smarter than that. I realize that some members are a bit harsher than others when they are giving advice. But think about it, as mean as they sound, they are still telling you they truth; they are still looking out for you. (omitting the joke responses, of course, LOL) So read on, change your thinking (something I do every time I'm here, it seems to me...) and do what I do when the heat is turned up, I pretend that their all talking about Mad Matt!

I actually 100% agree that 90% of the board is just parroting what they read off another post, with not much experience to boot.
You have to stick around long enough, to know who is experienced enough with the compounds to give advice. There are smart ways to start AAS and IMO it's with some research.....though it's relative to your body....with each compound, so I always start with a low dosage. I don't like to mix to many compounds either, unless I'm personally familiar with them, as I want to know what one is doing what, what one is causing sides, at what dosage.
Tren for example, is one of the best compounds for SOME members. Some people it's the ultimate strength and bulking drug sandwiched with a good diet and work out regimen. Others, it causes prolactin problems, and no real way to combat it.
