I just shared his 20 rep leg workout with a couple guys maybe two weeks ago and then heard about his passing.
Chris....Thank you my iron brother, for all the great advice and helping a newbie at the time realize that nothing beats a solid diet and the ability to dig within yourself to reach your goals.
May you rest in peace and my prayers and thoughts go out to your family.

WOW...I am way behind on this thread but this blows my mind. I read 1000's of his posts. Dude just seemed superhuman. Maybe his undoing in the end. Shocking though. Completely shocking. Seemed like a nice dude.

Holy Shit! I can't believe that. He is the third bodybuilder that has died in the last year that I know of ...two were in their 30's and the other was in his 40's. One died of a brain hemmorage and the other a stroke. The one with the brain hemmorage fell out in the gym while he was working. You just never know...RIP Swole

i havent been on the board in a few months, i get on today, and this is the first thing i see.i am speechless. i am truly sad.back in the good old days of the board, when i first became a mod, the newer mods had to answer to a moderator that watched over multiple forums.chris was my head moderator. he was a great guy, with great ideas. he will be missed. when he left, the board really was never the same. he never held, back. he spoke his mind and said how it was with no regrets. brutal honesty at its best. RIP big guy.
i am glad to see he was remembered by so many even though he left the board years ago, this thread is proof of the man's legacy. gone but never forgotten. on the board and in life....

What is really sad is seeing a RIP form T-MOS to him on the first page
-

I really didn't know of T-MOS till I hit the forth page, that is chilling.
As a member here for years I read a lot of advice from Swole and had numerous PM's with him. I am not one to follow a strict diet, and he understood that, and was still able to help me go from 330+ to 245lbs in about 6 months with pointers and encouragement, as well as using him as motivation.
RIP SWOLECAT and T-MOS. Prayers to all their friends and families.

DAMN BRO! this guy was a bucket full of information when he was a mod back in the day.
Those days questions got answered!
I was thinking of him when i came back to the board recently. Great physique & well educated dietitian.
He had a motto that will be true for eternity "Winners breed haters & haters breed winners"

Look man he was arrogant but everyone is fvcking flawed okay???? Humanity is imperfect and in the end we all die none better than the other. Do you think someone will call you out on all of your god damned imperfections the day you become maggot food?! Think about this shit man.

He is dead so let's not disrespect him and please hold our negative comments to ourselves. Personally I didn't get along with him but I had all the respect in the world towards him for his extreme knowledge. His precomp diet knowledge was 2nd to noone.
